The Rural Development Project is the second venture between the HIVCUS Trust and Joint Health Services, both aiming for a future health and higher education organization with the University of Ayurveda Yoga Unani Homeopathy Medical Sciences. and of which the specific charitable HIVCUS Charitable Hospital in rural and urban areas is the stepping stone to provide 500 bedded hospital and attached general hospital only for HIV/AIDS, Cancer, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, Venereal diseases.

For other services, independent crafts will be made on the land donated by Dr. Deenbandhu Nath Sharma at the Rural Development Complex, Chaudkulat and Dobanda, which will create employment for rural women. The main idea behind the rural development initiative is to help in eradicating poverty, gender inequality, bridging the rural and urban gap and achieving eco-social and regional balance to ensure rapid growth and development.
