Health camps are the main source of mobilization of beneficiaries under the scheme. All network hospitals are regularly organizing free health camps under the HIVCUS Community Health Insurance Scheme. These camps are organized as per the schedule and venue given by the Trust. About 500 camps in a year in 9 districts. The number of camps is likely to increase once the scheme is expanded across the state. It may also be noted that 70% are from referral camps. The importance of camps, schemes and common health problems is increasing day by day.
